A live conditions bar for your stream

Put the fishing-day score, the bite window, water temperature, tide, wind and barometer for where you are along the bottom of your stream. It updates itself all broadcast long and never shows your coordinates. Free, no account, no tracking.

Your overlay shows up here once you’ve set a location and a species.

    1Where you’re fishing

Right-click your spot in Google Maps and click the numbers at the top of the menu to copy them, then paste them here. You can also paste an overlay link you made before to edit it.

Moving around? Follow your phone with RealtimeIRL

With a pull key the bar follows your phone’s GPS and looks up the forecast, gauges and rules again whenever you’ve moved 2 miles. The coordinates above become optional and serve as the starting point. RealtimeIRL’s own pages can show your exact position, so check your privacy settings there.

    On the bar

Privacy. The link rounds your position to two decimals, about a kilometre. The bar shows the nearest town, your own words or nothing. Your coordinates never appear on stream. Keep the link private like a stream key: anyone who has it can work out roughly where you are.

    3Gauges

Automatic picks the nearest suitable gauge wherever you are, and a new one if it goes quiet or you move. Prefer a specific one? Choose it here.

    5Look On the bar

The score badge is always there. Readings with no data where you are (flow on a bay, tide on a lake) leave the bar on their own.

    6Add it to your stream

    1. OBS: Sources, +, Browser. Paste the link as the URL and set width and height to your canvas, usually 1920 × 1080. The page is transparent apart from the bar.
    2. Streamlabs: Add Source, Browser Source, same settings.
    3. Readings refresh on their own every few minutes. If a feed goes quiet, the bar says “not updating” next to that reading instead of showing old numbers as current.
