The Kent Narrows channel between Kent Island and the Eastern Shore mainland is one of the most productive mid-Bay fishing spots. Strong tidal current through the narrows concentrates white perch, stripers, and bluefish. Public pier on the south side.
Free public pier. Strong tidal rip in the narrows — heavier tackle needed. Busy with boat traffic; be aware of wake.
